When you come into our physical store you have the chance to actually touch, feel and test sizes of what we sell before buying the item.
That means that when you come into our store we have more costs associated with running the shop that the online store does not, such as stocking of the shelves, handling and displaying the product in store, as well as the cost of professionally trained staff who will provide you with the best expert advice for all of your cycling needs. It is for this reason, that our online store prices may be cheaper than those at our physical retail shop outlet.

So if you want the best price from us then make you purchase online. You can still opt to pick up the item in store during the check out process.

We strive to get all orders shipped out within 2 business days. Our freight providers usually take 5-8 days but this can vary depending on location and size of parcel.

Currently we use Australia Post and Sendle for all items.

We want to ensure that all order are getting to the right people, so we opt to ask our deliveries to be signed for. This ensures that they are delivered right every time.

If you authorise our shipping company to leave your order unattended
without signing for the delivery you do so at your own risk.

If its online then its in stock and ready to ship.

On the rare occasion our stock levels are inaccurate we will contact you ASAP to organise a different item or issue a full refund.

Yes we do but not via our web store. You will need to pop into the shop, email us or call on 02 6552 1251 to arrange one.

Small packages are $14 Australia wide.

Medium packages are $18 Australia wide.

Large packages are $23 Australia wide.

Full face helmets are $30 Australia wide.

Free shipping on all orders over $80 (excludes Bikes, full face helmets and large oversize or bulky items).

Large oversize and bulky items. These items should calculate at the checkout. If they dont get in touch and we can give you a quote. We may contact you the odd occasion that the shipping is incorrect to adjust it.

While we would love to ship a bike to you, we value selling the right bike to the right person, plus getting everything set up just right for you. You can still purchase a bike online and then pickup in store.
